How far is the supermarket?

The closest supermarket is the Coop in Pienza, 13 minutes by car

Where is the nearest pharmacy?

Answer

You can find a pharmacy in Pienza (13 minutes away) or in San Quirico d'Orcia (18 minutes away).

Is there a local taxi company or UBER?

Answer

No Uber unfortunately and Taxis are not available locally as we are in a little paradise in the middle of nowhere :) You can pre-book a shuttle bus, just let us know and we'll help you!

Is the swimming pool available all day?

Answer

Yes, we have the venue in exclusive use so you are more than welcome to use the pool whenever you prefer. Remember that glasses are not allowed in that area so if you want to bring a drink by the pool please use plastic cups or cans.

Are there activities to do during free time?

Answer

You can have a nice walk or a wine tasting in a nearby vineyard or an olive oil tasting. You can have a pasta making cooking class (to be pre-booked in advance) or you can visit the castle where they produce local pasta.

Do we have to participate to all the events planned?

Answer

We just want you to feel at home so if you don't want to be at the venue during the pizza party or if you are planning some activities on the day after the wedding you are free to go obviously! Please confirm beforehand if you will not participate to one of the events as we need to confirm final numbers in June.

Can I bring food/drinks at the venue?

Answer

Yes, in each apartment there is a fridge you can use to keep your food/drinks cool. You can also cook as there is a fully equipped kitchen. Please feel at home :)
