There is a large parking area at the venue. There is a bit of a walk to the ceremony space but golf cart service is provided to assist you to the venue from the parking area. Guests can leave cars at the venue overnight but must be picked up by noon on Sunday.
For our wedding, we're suggesting "Garden Party Formal" attire. Think sophisticated yet comfortable: light, airy fabrics and colors that complement the outdoor setting. For ladies, this could mean a midi or maxi dresses in light fabrics, floral prints and bright colors are encouraged. Gentlemen might opt for a suit in a lighter color, or dress pants with a blazer. No jeans, please!
Yes - we will have a shuttle provided for the guests staying at the two hotels listed on the “Travel” section. Shuttles will be at the hotels starting at 3:00pm and will depart when everyone is accounted for (those who booked within our hotel block). Please be waiting in the lobby ready to go! Shuttles will be at the venue starting at 8:00pm taking guest back to the hotels. The final shuttle will depart at 10:30 and will be announced by the DJ prior to departure. You can also pre-schedule an Uber to and from the venue space. Please do not drink and drive!
Our ceremony will begin at 4:30. We strongly suggest to arrive early to ensure everyone is able to arrive and be seated on time.
We are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitation. If you have received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!
While we would love to include all children, we are only able to accommodate children of close family - you will be prompted to RSVP for your entire party under your name. We hope you understand and are able to join us for a night of celebration!
