Welcome Reception

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators. It's Azalea Festival weekend, after all!
All of our guests, especially those from out of town, are invited to join us at our Welcome Reception on Friday evening, from 5:00-8:00 PM at Ponysaurus Brewing Co. in Downtown Wilmington. The reception will take place Under the Pavilion Roof + Beer Garden in the back of the venue.

Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Our ceremony will take place at Bakery 105, which is just across the street from the reception venue, 128 South. Guests are welcome to gather prior to the ceremony on the outdoor patio to enjoy the space & atmosphere. Once the ceremony has concluded, all guests can make their way across the street to the Riverview Deck at 128 South for Cocktail Hour. Our amazing planners, Kim & Jumila from Blue Satin Bee, will help escort everyone in the right direction!
Reception
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Cocktail Hour will take place from 4:30-6:00 PM. Following, we will greet all of our cherished guests on the outdoor patio where we will have a short traditional Ukrainian blessing ceremony, first dances, and then we will open up the space for all to enjoy themselves. Dinner will be available throughout the evening in various stations inside & on the patio of our venue, and everyone is welcome to eat, dance, relax, and enjoy at their own leisure. The dance floor and lounge area will be outside under the covered patio, and we will be sure to let everyone know when the firework show will be starting. We will wrap up the reception at 10:00 PM. From there, anyone who wishes to continue the party is welcome to join us as we visit some of our favorite Downtown bars, all within short walking distance of the reception venue.
