What is the dress code?

Answer

Please join us in formal attire. Men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, and women may opt for a floor-length gown, an elegant cocktail dress, or a dressy jumpsuit!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 P.M. Please arrive at Holy Name of Jesus around 4:45 pm /5 pm to allow ample time for parking. We ask that you enter and be seated by 5:15.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at The Omni Royal Orleans Hotel in New Orleans at a discounted rate! Omni Royal is conveniently located less than a quarter of a mile from our reception venue. Please check out the travel tab for more information!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Holy Name of Jesus has complimentary parking in the horseshoe beside the church or in Loyola’s Parking Garage behind the church but space is not guaranteed. There is a paid parking behind The Jaxson and next to the shops at Jax Brewery.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Our reception at The Jaxson begins at 7:30, doors will open at 7:15!
