We're getting Married!

We have known each other for over 10 years. He was the owner of the soccer field where I played with the girls. We went on a date in 2011 and we didn't like each other very much, so we left it there. A few years after, around 2014 we started hanging out together again, we went to the movies to watch Relatos Salvajes and we clicked. Soon after we celebrated Nacho's birthday at La Covacha night club, we had a few drinks of course, and we kissed for the first time. Since that day we have been together, inseparable, with ups and downs but always a great team. We never thought we would click like this, but there's nothing in this world that we wouldn't do for each other.

We have been together for over 6 years now, marriage is a conversation that we had a few times but Nacho wasn't really convinced lol. Then COVID came through and with so much quarantine some couples fell apart, but ours grew stronger. So one day we decided to go check out rings, we found this special little jewelry store in Fort Lauderdale, owned by an Argentinean couple, and there it was, the ring I've always dreamt about... We chose them, and a week after Nacho went to pick them up. Now it was just a matter of waiting for the official proposal, this was around November 2020.... so December came and nothing.. Nacho is so distracted that I was starting to think that he forgot... not that he didn't want it, but whoever knows nacho understands what I'm saying lol. The holidays passed and it was the Kings time, we usually don't celebrate Los Reyes Magos, but this time Nacho insisted that we leave some candy on Benja's shoes just to symbolize the date, so he made me put a pair of shoes for the 3 of us under the Christmas tree... Soooo... we woke up on January 6th... Benjamin was not getting his candies from his shoes, so there goes the mood of the day, I got mad and picked up my shoes to put them back on the closet... inside one shoe there it was, the little box I waited for months!!!, I was actually surprised and started crying (like I wasn't expecting it lmao), Benja and Nacho were laughing at me, and suddenly I look at him and i tell him... aren't you gonna ask me? lol... no knee, just Nacho style, will you marry me? and of course here we are!!! PD: the best part was that he had sat down with Benja the night before, he told him that we have been a family for years and that he wanted to make it official and get God's blessing for our family. So the Reyes Magos candies were all an act that he and Benja were part of! I couldn't have asked for a better partner in life, we are definitely blessed to be together and we choose each other every day.
