If you are traveling from the USA, we kindly recommend booking your hotel or Airbnb as early as possible. Since our wedding falls during peak tourist season, accommodations in the area fill up quickly!
For flights, you have a few options:
Madrid, Spain: You can fly into Madrid and then take a short connecting flight to nearby towns such as Vigo, Santiago de Compostela or Porto.
Porto, Portugal: Alternatively, you can fly into Porto and travel about two hours by train or car to reach Nigrán or the surrounding towns.
United Airlines is launching a new direct flight from JFK to Santiago de Compostela, Spain, starting in May 2025. Santiago de Compostela is just an hour away by train or car from Vigo. However, tickets won't be released until May, so so if early booking is important to you, you might want to explore other flight options now.
