We won't know Virginia's group size guidelines until closer to the date, so we would ask that you all be as flexible as possible. There is a chance that we will have to reduce the guest count if conditions in the state of Virginia change. As a result, we ask that you RSVP as soon as possible, so that we have a better idea of what the wedding itself will look like. We will continue to post updates if conditions change in terms of our allotted guest count, but for now, we are hoping for the best (which is seeing all of you in-person)!
We wanted to give you all some information about how we, as a couple, as well as all of our vendors, will be accommodating for COVID-19 during our wedding. - All of our vendors will be wearing PPE throughout the entire setup and duration of the ceremony and reception - We will be following the guidelines set forth by the CDC and the Virginia Department of Health, such as maintaining a social distance of 6 feet and minimizing contact - The venue will be providing regular sanitation of all restrooms and high-traffic areas throughout the night - We are working with our venue on a seating arrangement that maintains social distancing - All vendor employees will have their temperature and symptoms checked at the beginning of their shifts - We will have masks available for all of our guests
