4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

This will be a half indoor, half outdoor venue. There will be an open wall on one side of the chapel to accommodate an overflow of guests outside.

Cocktail Hour/ Full Family Photos

4:45 pm - 6:00 pm

Step back in time and immerse yourself in the charm of the Old West during our cocktail hour! As you arrive in our Western Town, the fun is just getting started: Test your aim at the shooting range—grab a BB gun and see if you can hit the target like a true gunslinger. Strike a pose in the town jail Photo Booth, where you can capture your best outlaw mugshot or cowboy smile. Stop by the General Store to grab some classic Western snacks to keep your energy up. Head over to the Saloon for a refreshing drink—whether you’re craving a whiskey, a sarsaparilla, or something else, the barkeep’s got you covered. Enjoy the atmosphere, mingle with fellow townsfolk, and get ready for a rootin’ tootin’ good time ahead!

Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Be sure to bring your dancing boots because this is a family that LOVES to party! And what better place to do that than inside a classic Saloon! Bartenders will be able to serve you some delicious cocktails created by the wonderful Nate Kesterson in honor of our two crazy pups, Fenrir and Hercules.
