What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 5:00pm to ensure a timely start to the ceremony. Valet parking is available!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please indicate your dietary restrictions/needs in the RSVP for the ceremony, and we will do our best to make sure those needs are accommodated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Valet parking (free) is available as there is limited parking on-site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No, please arrange for your own transportation!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

If you arrive early, we welcome your company (with the caveat that our free time may be limited, as we are planning a wedding after all)! Please feel free to reach out to us, and we would love to connect as we are available! Please pay attention to your RSVP, as there may be multiple options listed.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding will take place indoors!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for approximately an hour. There will be hors d'oeuvres and cocktails available prior to the reception at the venue. Please stay, mingle, and enjoy!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, this venue is wheelchair accessible. If you need any other accommodations, please reach out to our wedding coordinator, Mekenzie, from The Big Chill at (704) 347-4447.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #IfTheRingFitz so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
