Monique was working her 1st job as a hostess at IHOP where she and Paul crossed paths for the very first time. They thought nothing of each other. Paul was a star employee who worked there for years and Monique was the new cute hostess. Monique was busy learning her new job greeting and sitting customers. Paul interrupted Monique and asked "Yo, new girl! can I borrow a pen??" Monique nicely offered Paul a pen. He quickly grabbed it and walked away in a hurry but after two steps he quickly stopped, looked back and said "You know what? you're actually really PRETTY."😁 then he proceeded walking. Monique, along with the waiting customers all chuckled at the moment. From far away Paul gave a joking shout 🗣Too bad you're not my type! Flattered and mildy insulted, this playful relationship continued until they eventually became a sweet couple for 7 years. Now, here you are, attending their wedding.

Arriving home from work on Christmas night, Paul surprised Monique with a unique Christmas present. It was a foot massager. Monique was flattered and confused as Paul hurried her to have a seat because he was excited for her try it. As she sat comfortably, he quickly setup the foot massager in just a few minutes and placed it right at her feet. Slipping out of her shoes Monique inserted her feet one at a time inside the foot massager. The only thing left was to switch the Power button ON. Paul hit the power button to activate the foot massager giving Monique an immediate sense of tension relief and warm sensation. Relaxing with her eyes closed after about 1 minute, she felt a nudge at her feet, she opened her eyes to see Paul on one knee proposing with a beautiful wedding ring 💍. With shock and tears on that Christmas Night she said OF COURSE! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you :)
