Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Attire is Western Chic. Feel free to embrace the vibe! Ladies can wear flowy dresses, boots, or boho-inspired looks. Gentlemen, consider jeans with a blazer, cowboy boots, or relaxed suits with western touches.

There will be transportation via shuttle to and from the event. We highly recommend utilizing the shuttle service instead of self driving or rideshare. Shuttle stops will be at Limelight (Aspen), The Element (Basalt), and The Hoffman (Basalt). Shuttle timing: 4:45pm - Shuttle pick up at All Hotels (Limelight Aspen, Element, Hoffmann) 7:30pm Shuttle for any departure available End time 9pm There will be dinner served in addition to cocktails.

Our Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 11:45 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. You will be walking on grass so ladies, we recommend wearing wedge or block high heels.

There will be transportation via shuttle to and from the event. Shuttle stops will be at Limelight (Aspen), The Element (Basalt), and The Hoffman (Basalt). **IMPORTANT** We are strongly encouraging everyone to use the shuttles for transportation to the ceremony/reception. If you are thinking about driving, it is crucial you let Maddie and Jacob know ahead of time as parking on the property will be EXTREMELY limited. Shuttle Timing: 3:30pm - Pick-up at Limelight Aspen 4pm - Pick-up at the Element & Hoffman (Basalt) 10pm - shuttles available for anyone who wants to depart before the last shuttle 12am - last call for shuttles back Event Timing (All times in MST): 4:30pm - Pre-Ceremony Champagne 5:30pm - Ceremony begins 6:30-7:30pm - Cocktail hour 7:45pm - Dinner (Family style!) 9:00pm - Late - Onsite After Party/Dancing
