Where is the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The ceremony and reception both will be held at Mashburn Farms- 2791 State Hwy 11 Philadelphia, TN 37846. If you use Apple Maps, the address will come up as 2791 US-11 Sweetwater, TN, but will take you to the correct place. After you turn off US-11, you will crossover the railroad tracks and follow the road all the way back to the end, where the venue and parking is located.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony followed by a cocktail hour will be held outdoors and then everyone will proceed to the reception indoors.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We ask that guests arrive at least twenty minutes before the ceremony begins at 5 pm to allow everyone a chance to mingle and be seated.

Parking will be along the side of the driveway at the venue.

What is the dress attire?
Answer
We ask that as part of celebrating our day with us, you wear dressy summer casual clothing. Ladies should wear dresses, skirts, dressy jumpsuits, anything that is flowy and comfortable. Please be aware the ceremony will be held outdoors and heals might sink into the ground. Gentlemen should wear slacks or jeans with a collared shirt; suits and sports jackets are not required.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limited space and our desire for an intimate evening with our closest friends and family, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are my children invited?
Answer
While we love your kids, this is an adults only event aside from children of our immediate family and wedding party. We hope you will take this as an opportunity to have a kid-free night and enjoy celebrating with us.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
If you any dietary restrictions, please make note when completing your RSVP. During the event, please give your name to a server and they will give you your specially prepared meal.

How do I rsvp?
Answer
We will be collecting RSVPs on our website via the RSVP tab. Enter your name and the RSVP selections will appear for each invited individual. We hope you can join us to celebrate! If you are unable to attend, we understand- just be sure to indicate that on your RSVP.
