Once you choose a room, you can book and pay directly through the travel agent. A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required (April 30–May 3, 2026). Please note: the deadline to pay in full is February 28, 2026, 60 days before the travel date. After this date, no new requests can be accepted. Cancun International Airport

All guests should plan to fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). The resort is located approximately 45 minutes away in Playa del Carmen. We recommend arriving on Thursday, April 30th, by the 3 PM check-in time.
