Travel Note
We’ve partnered with a travel advisor to reserve a block of cruise staterooms at a fixed group rate for our wedding guests. To book within our wedding group, please visit the booking website linked below. If you choose to book your cruise independently, we kindly ask that you still notify Lisa Mann that you are part of our wedding party. This will help ensure that our group can be linked together and seated together during dinner throughout the cruise. We’re so excited to celebrate this unforgettable week at sea with all of you!
Flight
As we get closer to our sailing date, we kindly ask that guests let us know their flight plans and which airport they plan to fly into so we can help coordinate transportation and arrival details. The closest airport options to Port Canaveral are: Closest: Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) — approximately 27 miles / 45–50 minute drive Most Popular: Orlando International Airport (MCO) — approximately 45 miles / 45–60 minute drive Alternative Option: Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) — approximately 60 miles / 65 minute drive More travel recommendations, transportation information, and coordination details will be shared closer to the wedding!
Hotel
For cruises, it is highly recommended that guests arrive at least one day prior to the sail date in case of flight delays, weather issues, or other unforeseen travel circumstances. To help make travel as smooth and stress-free as possible, we plan to reserve hotel room blocks for our guests before embarkation day. Before finalizing hotel accommodations, we first need to get a better understanding of everyone’s travel plans and which airports guests will be flying into. Once we have a clearer picture of logistics, we’ll share additional details regarding hotel options, transportation, and group arrangements.
