FAQs

Question

What is the address of the ceremony and reception?

Answer

122 Pleasant St #112, Easthampton, MA 01027, or on Google maps you can search "The Boylston Rooms Easthampton"

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal and dressy casual. However, we also want you to feel empowered to wear traditional African attire if you’d like. We’re excited to see everyone’s unique style and celebrate together!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our wedding and a guest limit of 50 people, we can only accommodate those specifically named on the wedding invitations. If you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the limited space at our venue, which has a capacity of 50 guests, we’re unable to accommodate children unless we’ve explicitly told you otherwise. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can enjoy the celebration with us!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have time to find parking and get settled.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available directly across the street from the wedding venue at 123 Main Street, [City, State]. You’ll find convenient parking just steps away from where the celebrations will take place.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors and outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors and if weather permits there will be an outdoor social hour.

Question

Will there be any cultural traditions during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’re excited to incorporate elements from both Togolese and American traditions into our ceremony and reception. It’s a special way for us to celebrate our cultures and share them with all of you.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos on your phones during the ceremony. We have a photographer and videographer capturing all the special moments, so we want everyone to be fully present. However, you’re welcome to take photos and videos during the reception—just please be mindful of our photographer and videographer as they work to capture the celebration!
