When and where do I RSVP? Last day to formally RSVP and book a room is Nov 1st, 2025. We can’t guarantee availability of certain rooms as it gets closer to that date, so please plan accordingly. Can 4 people stay in a Queen Junior Suite since there are 2 beds in that room? No, unfortunately the hotel has a strict max occupancy of 3 people. If you would like to have 4 people in your room, you must book a 1 Bedroom suite. Do I have to stay on the property to attend the wedding? Yes, unfortunately the hotel does not offer a day pass to come on to the property, even if it is for a few hours. We encourage all our guests to stay at the resort with us. After all, we didn't come all this way to not see your beautiful faces all weekend! If you have any additional questions about this, please contact the couple. I can't attend all events – is that okay? Of course! Come when you can – just don’t forget to RSVP “no” to events you won’t be attending. Please note, there is a 3 night minimum stay in the Resort. It does not matter which nights they are. We will be having events on Dec 5th and Dec 6th. Can I bring a guest? Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you rsvp. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you. Can I bring my kids? We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an ADULTS ONLY event. We encourage you to take this weekend to kick back and relax.
We are not signed up for a registry - the best gift we can ask for is your presence on our special day! Rob and I are truly so grateful to all of you that can be there to celebrate with us and do not need any gifts. Should you wish to contribute to our "Future Home" fund, there will be a card box at the reception and a link under the registry tab.
Welcome Party Attire All white boat party! Please dress casual and comfortable. It is a large boat but since it is December and we will be going out around sunset time, it may get windy and a bit chilly so make sure to bring a jacket! If you get nauseous on boats make sure you have motion sickness bands. Wedding Day We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is Black Tie Optional. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. All heels are safe! Gentleman can wear a suit and tie. Since it is a December wedding, weather may get chilly at night, so make sure to bring a jacket or shawl as most of our wedding events will be outdoors. No white please!
