Question

Do I have to stay at the same resort?

Answer

You don’t have to stay at White Sand Resort specifically. You can stay at any of the Grand Palladium resorts (TRS, White Sand, Colonial or Kantenah); however, for convenience we suggest you stay at White Sand. Stay at any resorts other than Grand Palladium will require an "event pass" to come onto the resort property. We do not recommend that option.

What is an "event pass" and how does it work?

Answer

The cost of the event pass for the wedding day is $100usd per person. The guests coming in via event pass have to arrive at least one hour before of the ceremony and they have to leave once the event is finished. The "event pass" guests cannot stay overnight at Grand Palladium. You will pay for the event pass once you arrive at the at the Hotel at the Colonial Lobby. You must present a valid photo ID at time of purchase.

What‘s the difference between different resort access bands?

Answer

There are four resorts total on the Grand Palladium property (TRS, White Sand, Colonial and Kantenah). TRS is the adults only resort and it’s band allows you access to all the other properties. Any of the other resort bands will allow access to everything except TRS.

Is the resort adults only?

Answer

Out of the four resorts only TRS is adults only. Unless you’re staying at TRS you won’t be able to get in their private pool/beach.
