Please RSVP by September 1, 2025 so we can plan and accommodate everyone with care (and make sure there’s a seat, meal, and slice of cake with your name on it!). Your timely response helps us finalize all the details!
As much as we love candid shots, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We will give all guests the opportunity to take photos of us at the alter, but after that moment, we ask that all phones be put away to be present in the moment with us.
The dress code is formal, which includes traditional African attire. Whether you choose to wear a suit, gown, or cultural garments, we encourage you to dress in a way that honors the spirit of the day and reflects your personal or cultural style.
Yes! There will be parking available on-site at the venue for all guests. You’ll be able to park close to the entrance, so no need to worry about a long walk in your dancing shoes. If you’re carpooling or using a rideshare, drop-off is simple and nearby as well.
Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and included, so if you or a loved one have any specific accessibility needs, please don’t hesitate to let us know—we’re happy to help ensure everything goes smoothly.
While we love your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be a celebration for adults only. Children of the wedding party are allowed, otherwise we request an adults only reception.
The wedding will be a hybrid ceremony and reception hosted both indoors and outdoors. There is a courtyard area which will be accessible during cocktail hour.
We kindly ask that guests arrive between 3:15 PM and 3:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and we want everyone to be comfortably seated before it starts. Please note: Out of respect for the moment and the flow of the ceremony, doors will close at 4:00 PM and late arrivals will be asked to wait until an appropriate break in the service (if possible) before entering. We recommend giving yourself a little extra time to park, find your seat, and settle in—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Transportation will need to be arranged individually by each guest. The hotels do not provide shuttle service to the venue, so we recommend coordinating a carpool with fellow guests, booking a rideshare (like Uber or Lyft), or planning ahead with a local taxi service. If you have any questions or need help figuring out logistics, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist however we can!
