Ceremony: Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hours will take place outdoors, with the reception held indoors. In case of inclement weather, all events may shift indoors—updates will be communicated if needed. Weather forecasts: Expect cooler temps (highs near 60°F, lows in the 40s) and a chance of rain (~30%). Please dress in layers and consider bringing a coat, shawl, or umbrella, especially as the ceremony and bar area are outdoors. Bar & Alcohol Policy: Out of respect for the groom’s family's religious beliefs, alcohol will not be served inside the reception room. Instead, a bar will be located just outside the ballroom by the entrance hallway, where guests are welcome to enjoy drinks in that designated area only. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you—rain or shine!
The ceremony starts at 3pm but you're welcome to arrive as early as 2:30pm for a little bit of mingling and getting settled in. Please watch for any potential traffic about 2 hours before you plan on leaving.
Please dress in semi-formal attire with rich autumn tones — think deep burgundy, forest green, navy, or warm neutrals. Ladies: Dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates Gentlemen: Slacks with dress shirts or blazers (ties optional) Comfortable shoes encouraged for outdoor elements.
We have an amazing photo and video team, Merissa Humes, there to capture all our photos, so we invite you to be fully present for our wedding day. Please keep the photos to only after the ceremony has finished and try not to block the photography team.
We love all of you but have a strict guest list and we will let you know individually if you can bring a date.
