Attire: Smart Casual 🚐 Shuttle Pick-Up for Welcome Party Please be on time — due to multiple weddings in Keystone, shuttles will not run loops. Pick-Up Times & Locations: • 6:35 PM – Hyatt (Hyatt side entrance) • 6:40 PM – River Run Village Gate — Located at the Info Center on Ida Belle Drive (5-minute walk from village lodging) • 6:45 PM – Keystone Lodge & Spa (main entrance) Shuttle Drop-Off: Keystone Ranch Return Shuttles from Keystone Ranch: • 9:00 PM – First return shuttle • 10:30 PM – Final shuttle departs

River Run Gondala Ride

The River Run Gondola will take you to the summit of Dercum mountain, about a 10 minute ride. The views from Dercum are magnificent, a great spot to grab a drink and snap some photos before boarding the Outpost Gondola to Timber Ridge.
Outpost Gondola Ride
4:30 pm - 4:30 pm
This is where the magic begins. Boarding for the Outpost Gondola starts at 4:30 PM, with a breathtaking 10-minute ride up to Timber Ridge. As the evening unfolds, the mountain air can get chilly, so be sure to bring a wrap or outer layer to stay warm.

Our vows with a view begin out on Anticipation Run, followed by cocktails, dinner and dancing at the Timber Ridge Mountain Lodge. The gondola stops running at 11 PM. Please make sure you are on it- it's the only way down! Return Shuttles • 11:30–11:45 PM – Shuttle from River Run Gates

Keep the party going at our afterparty at Kickapoo Tavern, nestled at the base of the Gondola in River Run Village. Kickapoo Tavern is just a two-minute walk from the River Run Gondola. Guests staying in River Run Village are within walking distance of the Kickapoo Tavern. After Party shuttles to Hyatt & Keystone Lodge • 12:45 AM – Departs from River Run Gates • Final van pickup will run from 1:00 - 1:30 AM.
