Please refer to the names listed on your save the date and formal invitation to see who is invited! We kindly ask that only those listed attend.
Plus-one invitations will be indicated on your save the date and formal invitation by the word “guest.” If your invitation includes this, you are welcome to bring a guest!
Our wedding will largely be an adults-only event. A small number of children are invited, and this will be reflected on your save the date and formal invitation. If you are interested in babysitting services during the ceremony and reception we are happy to discuss and offer options! Cocktail attire is requested, with “cowboy cocktail” attire encouraged. Feel free to add a western-inspired touch — cowboy boots are welcome, but completely optional!
The ceremony and reception will be outside. September in Montana can change quickly, so it’s a good idea to check the forecast and maybe bring a coat or extra layer just in case!
On-site parking will be available at Alberton Orchard. More details coming soon - carpooling is encouraged!
The reception will include a BBQ buffet dinner with a variety of meats and sides.
When you RSVP, please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them!
We’re excited to offer an open bar following the ceremony and throughout the rest of the celebration, featuring beer, wine, and a selection of seltzers and ciders.
We have arranged a shuttle between the three hotel blocks in downtown Missoula (the Holiday Inn, Residence Inn, and AC Hotel) and Alberton Orchard. Pick-up times and locations will be shared with hotel guests at check-in! Please note that ride-share services are limited in Alberton, where the wedding is, so we do not recommend relying on them for transportation.
