Katrina S.

Maid of Honor

Meet Katrina, Tamara’s older sister and lifelong friend! As the eldest, she’s been Tamara’s built-in bestie from day one. The two were recently DC roommates until Tamara’s big Texas move with Ian. Katrina’s natural knack for organizing made her the perfect choice for Maid of Honor—no one else could bring the same joy, laughter, and planning genius to Tamara’s big day!

Natalie M.

Bridesmaid

Meet Natalie, Tamara’s high school best friend (go Brothers)! Believe it or not, when they first met, Tamara thought Natalie was "too friendly"—but that warmth is exactly what built their decade-long friendship. From cross-country visits to celebrating every life milestone, they’ve always cheered each other on. Despite the distance, Natalie’s big heart and loyal friendship have made her an irreplaceable part of Tamara’s life. There’s no better friend to stand by her side on this special day!

Lillie F.

Bridesmaid

Meet Lillie, Tamara’s college roommate and best friend from Tuskegee! Since their freshman year in Harvey Hall, Lillie has been the calm to Tamara’s crazy, always offering a steady presence when things get hectic. Her soothing demeanor is the perfect balance to Tamara’s energy, and Lillie has been an unwavering supporter of Tamara and Ian’s relationship through every stage. From college memories to now, she’s always been there, and there’s no one better to stand by Tamara’s side on her big day!

William M.

Best Man

Meet William (Willy): From childhood to adulthood, William has always been there for Ian, supporting him through both triumphs and challenges. Though they both share a love for architecture, Willy has found inspiration in Ian’s design journey, and their mutual admiration deepens their bond. Despite being the younger brother, William’s wisdom and emotional maturity often make him seem like the older sibling, offering steady guidance and perspective. Above all, William is not only Ian's brother but also his best friend, making him the perfect person to stand by Ian as he embarks on this new chapter in life.

Alan T.

Groomsman

Meet Alan: Ian and Alan first crossed paths at Loyola High School in their junior year, where they played on the football team together, both in the same position. The competition was always fierce, but their friendship only grew stronger because of it—iron sharpens iron, after all. Alan is a wise soul with a heart that always puts his brothers first. When times got tough, Alan was the uplifting spirit who knew just how to help you find your feet again. His loyalty and ability to bring light to dark moments have made him a lifelong friend to Ian.

Eric B.

Groomsman

Meet Eric: Ian and Eric became close friends at Tuskegee, bonding through a mutual group of friends, including Tamara, Lillie, Jibril, David, and many others. The crew would often meet up at the food court to chat and share stories about their journeys from freshman year to graduation. From day one, Ian knew Eric as "Grandpa Eric"—a wise man with a depth of advice that always seemed to put things into perspective. Whether it was late-night talks or just hanging out in there living room at the West Commons, Eric was the steady, thoughtful presence who helped guide the way during their college years.
