When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving by 5:00 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to be seated comfortably before our ceremony begins at 5:30 PM. Please don't cut it too close — we can't wait to see you there!

Is there a dress code?

We invite you to dress in elegant semi-formal attire that strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and comfort. For gentlemen, we recommend dressy separates, well-tailored suits, or crisp dress shirts. Ladies, feel free to shine in beautiful dresses or chic pantsuits. One small request: please avoid rose gold, as this is reserved for our bridesmaid's palette.

Can I bring a plus one/date?

All invited guests will be personally named on your wedding invitation. Due to venue capacity constraints, we can only welcome those specifically listed on the invitation.

Children are welcome at our wedding, but we kindly request that only the children specifically named on your invitation join us for the celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, ample parking is available for both the ceremony and reception at Southern Grace. We'll even have a golf cart ready to ensure our cherished elders can comfortably navigate the venue with ease.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We welcome your photography, but kindly ask that you capture our special moments with discretion. During the ceremony, please avoid using flash and be mindful of our professional photographer, who will be documenting the day. We look forward to seeing your candid shots and memories from our celebration.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
Rain or shine, our celebration will take place! While we hope for clear skies, we're prepared for any weather. The ceremony pavilion is fully covered, ensuring comfort for all our guests. If light rain occurs, we recommend bringing umbrellas for the short walk between the ceremony and reception venues. In the unlikely event of severe weather, we have a backup indoor location on-site ready to ensure a seamless and joyful wedding day.
