Parking and venue access

Answer

There is a large parking lot adjacent to the venue with multiple handicap spots. There is free street parking as well. The chapel where ceremony will be held is on the second floor of the venue. There is staircase and elevator access. Ballroom where reception will be held is on the main floor.
