Dear Guests, We are pleased that Comfort Suites Evergreen has been chosen as the lodging preference for the TOWNSELL-THOMPSON GROUP. To facilitate your reservation, please note the following guidelines that will assist you in streamlining your reservation within the group block. To obtain guaranteed availability and the group rate, please make your reservation prior to September 29, 2026. PLEASE CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AT 303.526.2000 to make your reservation. LET US KNOW THAT YOU ARE BOOKING FOR THE “TOWNSELL-THOMPSON” GROUP. Please note: You must book your reservation within the Group. Reservations booked online outside of the group cannot be transferred to the group at a later date. Please have your arrival and departure dates ready and provide a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. - The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be preauthorized for one- night room and tax 3-7 days prior to arrival. If there is a problem processing your card, the hotel will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email, allowing you 24-48 hours to contact us with a valid credit card. If we do not hear from you by the specified deadline, your reservation will be cancelled as “non-guaranteed” and may be reinstated based solely on availability. - If you are unable to keep your reservation, you must cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival to avoid a late cancellation penalty. The hotel does not allow a reservation to be transferred to another person. - For your security at registration, key cards will be issued only to those people who are on the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed beyond the lobby of the hotel.
