St. Helena (Wedding location) is ~30 minutes north of Napa (Welcome Party location). From San Francisco International Airport (SFO), St. Helena is ~1 hr and 40 minute drive; from Oakland International Airport (OAK), St. Helena is ~1 hr and 30 minute drive.
If you're looking to book at well known hotels (Hilton, Marriott) for points, we would recommend staying in downtown Napa! Ubers are readily available throughout Napa. If you do choose to rent a car, there will be plenty of parking at both the Welcome Party and Ceremony/Reception site.
