WHERE CAN I BOOK TRAVEL?

Answer

Head over to the “Travel” section of our website. There you will find hotel information and be able to book a room with our wedding block rate.

WHEN SHOULD I CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL? IS THERE A SHUTTLE?

Answer

You are welcome to check-in as early as the reservation allows. We recommend the earlier the better. There is a shuttle service! The shuttle will be parked outside the hotel at 2:30pm and will plan to depart at 3:00pm (arriving at the venue for 3:30pm).

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with all of our little cousins and kids in our lives, we ask that your little ones stay home and you enjoy a night or weekend away as this is an adult-only event.

HOW FAR IS THE DRIVE TO THE VENUE FROM THE HOTEL?

~20 minutes.

HOW LATE WILL THE FESTIVITIES GO?

Answer

Our venue requires that we abide by the town noise ordinance of 10:30pm. We are still able to stay at the venue but all music must remain inside the barn. We will have an “after party” inside the barn and outside by the fire pits for those who wish to stay later. A shuttle van will be available for travel back to the hotel or desired accommodations.

What Are Your Wedding Colors?

Answer

Bridesmaids are wearing lilac purple dresses. Groomsmen are wearing blue suits.

Will the Wedding Be Inside or Outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside! While we are hopeful that we will have beautiful weather for our wedding weekend, it won't ruin our day! If it does rain, we will shift our ceremony to inside the barn and we will still have our dinner reception underneath a tent.

Are the Ceremony & Reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Everything will take place at Live Well Farm.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking located onsite. Please park in the designated parking area behind the barn. There is also a shuttle provided from the Fairfield Inn & Suites Hotel in Brunswick if you wish to not drive and park yourself.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests dress in formal attire for the ceremony if possible. To define "formal" a formal dress code is slightly less formal than a black-tie event. As a general rule, cocktail dresses (knee, mid or full-length) and/or tuxedos are great but not required. However, ultimately, we want you to be comfortable!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! It will be fully open 5-10pm. The bar will have specialty margaritas for our signature drink. Cocktail Spirits & Liquors Imported & Domestic Beers Red, White, and Sparkling Wines Non-Alcoholic Beverages
