FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we’ve listed here, please email rappleaneverafter@gmail.com. We'll get back to you ASAP.
Question

Is the wedding still moving forward as planned?

Answer

The straight answer is yes! We are monitoring the guidelines + restrictions in St. Louis closely and will be making any adjustments as needed to have a successful event. For any questions or concerns, please email rappleaneverafter@gmail.com, and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Question

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

We kindly request all guests arrive to Wild Carrot wearing a mask. During our reception, this will not be enforced, but will be encouraged. Our reception is set up in a way where social distancing will absolutely be possible. All venue + vendor staff will be wearing masks throughout the entire event.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! So the reception will be high school age + up. Feel free to bring the little ones to our ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Please no white dresses/suits!

Question

What should I do in-between the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Great question! Glad you asked. We have a few recommendations posted on the "Things To Do" tab here on our website. There is a fantastic wine bar just down the street (in walking distance) from Wild Carrot called Sasha's. Also, our new favorite brewery - Rockwell - is only 5 or so minutes away by car!

Question

Can I take + post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes and no. We will be having an "unplugged ceremony", so please do not take any photos or videos during our wedding ceremony. Other than that, yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #rappleaneverafter so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Question

What if I need to arrive early or stay later than the contracted dates listed for the hotel room block?

Answer

For Chase Park Plaza guests -- If you are unable to book your room for all dates of your stay or require a different room type, please book directly with Haseeb Arain at the Chase Park - harain@sonesta.com. Mention our wedding, and he will get everything set up for you!

Question

There are no more rooms left in the block, what should I do?

Answer

For the Chase - please email Haseeb Arain directly at harain@sonesta.com. He will get you booked + added to our block!

Question

What should I do if I can't attend?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible, and please also revise your RSVP form here on our website so that we can plan accordingly.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, to both!
