Ferry Tickets

Click "View" below to see ticket purchasing options. While you don't need to make a ferry reservation, we recommend that you purchase tickets in advance via the Skagit County Ferry app (available on Apple and Android app stores) for a smooth experience. You need one ticket per passenger in your vehicle. If you're walking on, just stroll up to the terminal office and buy at the window. You must pay with a debit or credit card, no cash. If there is a long line of cars, no need to worry, the crossing is only 12 minutes so ferry will be back to you in no time. If you are hoping to catch a particular ferry, get in line 15-20 minutes ahead of its departure.

Ferry Schedule

Click "View" below to see the full ferry schedule (this shows the time the ferry departs from Anacortes). The Guemes Island Ferry departs from the Skagit County Anacortes ferry terminal at 500 I Ave, Anacortes, WA 98221. The voyage only takes about 12 minutes! The ferry carries both vehicles and walk-on passengers. Note that the ferry operates on a first-come, first-served basis and only carries 21 cars at a time, so plan accordingly, carpool if possible, arrive early and expect a short wait. We highly encourage carpooling when possible. Schedule Summary: - Runs about every 30 minutes (but check the schedule!!!) - Note the daily lunch break from 11:15AM - 1:00PM (ferry does not run at this time) - First ferry out to Guemes Mon-Sat is at 6:30AM, Sun at 8:00AM - Last ferry back to Anacortes Fri-Sat is at 11:00PM
