We met on a Facebook group called "Pop Punk Kids" back in 2021. At the time there was a trend on the page that would compare a photo of you currently vs how you looked 10 years ago. Katie got the courage to post her comparison and was met with an influx of friend requests, one of which was Ian. Katie saw Ian's Facebook page and immediately added him. Within the day Ian reach out on Facebook and we began texting each other daily. We officially met in person June 2nd, 2021 when Ian flew down to Virginia. Over the course of a year and half multiple trips were made between New York and Virginia. On September 10th, 2022 Katie closed the distance and moved up to Jamestown, New York to live with Ian. Since then we have traveled the country together and taken in a few stray cats to create our little family.
