Are there events before the wedding?

Yes! We will be having Welcome Night Drinks, Friday before the wedding in Newberg. If your travel plans allow, we would love to see you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

First off, we think your kids are the best. But we decided that we want an adult-only wedding. We know this may create some stress on families, but we truly appreciate your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a cocktail attire event, and the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. For the ladies, think summery dresses of any length. For the gentlemen, suit jacket or sports coat with slacks or khakis. We encourage guests to wear appropriate footwear for the grass. Please no jeans or casual hats.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, bus transportation will depart to the ceremony from the Holiday Inn Express Newberg - Wine Country (preferred hotel) at 2:35pm sharp. After the reception, the buses will depart the venue at 10:30pm and return to the hotel around 11:30pm. We encourage guests to take our provided buses to ensure all guests have a safe and sober ride back to the hotel! (Please note there are no Lyft or Uber pickup options from the wedding venue.)

When should I RSVP by?

Once you receive the formal invitation in the mail, please RSVP on our website by July 1st, 2023! We hope you can make it and celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are taking our buses, you will arrive at approximately 3:35pm, 25 minutes prior to the wedding. If you are transporting yourself, please arrive around 3:35pm as well.

Will there be a bar?

Yes, we will provide beer, wine, seltzers, and speciality cocktails all evening! We cannot wait to dance the night away with you!
