Travel Instructions

Once you arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN) , please collect your luggage and proceed through Customs. After exiting, head directly to the ground transportation area. You may see vendor kiosks inside the airport offering assistance, but please do not stop at these, as they are not affiliated with our travel arrangements. Outside of the airport, uniformed transportation representatives will be available to assist you. Simply show them your travel confirmation—either printed or on your mobile device—and they will guide you to your vehicle. During your stay, you will need to confirm your return pickup time with the onsite transportation desk at the resort. Please note that this must be done at least 48 hours prior to departure and during daytime hours, as the desk is not staffed 24/7. Within the coming weeks before the wedding, Sandy will reach out with updated travel details and your travel vouchers. She may request additional information such as your arrival time in order to finalize your transportation. Safe Travels !
