Where can I park?

Answer

There is a public parking structure with an elevator located next door to the venue at 22 South Vail, Arlington Heights. Free public parking is available on levels 1, 4, and 5 until 2 AM.

What COVID-19 restrictions are there?

Answer

Illinois entered Phase 5 as of June 11th, 2021, which removes most COVID related restrictions. At our venue, masks are strongly encouraged for unvaccinated people and optional for vaccinated people. We want all of our loved ones to have fun and feel comfortable. We ask that you respect that others may have different levels of comfort with social gatherings. Please ask fellow guests before hugging, clinking glasses, etc.

When is the shuttle service?

Answer

There will be shuttle service from the hotel to the venue with drop off times at 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. At the end of the evening, there will be shuttles picking guests up from the venue back to the hotel at 11:00 PM, 12:00 AM, and 12:30 AM.
