What tine should I arrive at the Ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive around 4 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guest dress in semi-formal attire. Wear what you feel the best in!

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime. We will include a paper RSVP with the invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

What is the latest I can RSVP?
Answer
We must have your RSVP by August 25th 2026. We would love celebrating with you on our special day, however, we must provide an exact guest count to our vendors, so we sadly cannot except late RSVPs.

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will be deeply missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you've already RSVP "Will attend", but find you cannot make it, please notify the bride or groom as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited. When you search your name to RSVP on our website, you will see the names of everyone included in your invitation. If only your name appears, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you so much for understanding and celebrating with us!

Is this a kid friendly wedding?
Answer
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception adults only with the exception of a few that will be a part of our ceremony. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
No, there is not a hotel block. We have a list of hotels that we recommend that are great for you to chose from under the travel tab.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We will have transportation for anyone who would like to use it. The pick up time is 3 O'Clock (I suggest being there 10-15 minutes early) at a location on Pensacola Beach that is TBD. Pick up from the venue back to Pensacola Beach will be 10:30 pm. If you plan to be drinking and do not have a DD with your group please consider using our provided transportation. The venue is pretty far out and Ubers do NOT go out there. We would like for everyone to have fun and drink responsibly. If you plan to use the trolly and did not mark on your RSVP yes for the trolly please reach out to Hailey directly.

Do the bride and groom have a registry?
Answer
While we are not registered for traditional gifts, we are so grateful for your love and support. As we begin this next chapter, we would much rather create meaningful experiences together. For those who wish, we have created a honeymoon fund, though contributions are entirely optional.
