Where are the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will be held at the same venue. The venues address will be provided with our invitations. The entire wedding will take place outdoors with the exception of the cocktail hour. There will be heaters, but sweaters are still highly encouraged.

Can we park at the Venue?

Answer

There is a huge parking lot on site! Wedding Guests are permitted to park overnight if needed, but please pick up your car the next morning. We highly recommend using a ride share if you plan on drinking.

What's the Dress Code?

Answer

We ask you dress in semi-formal or formal attire! Please keep in mind it is January and will get chilly (average of 45 degrees at night). We kindly ask that Women avoid wearing any shade of light blue, and please no black dresses. Block heels are recommended due to grassy area. Men please avoid light blue shirts and ties. We kindly ask all guests to not wear denim. As usual any white/cream/ Ivory dresses are simply a NO.

Can I add a Plus 1?

We have carefully considered our guest list, if we did not include a plus 1 on your invite we do ask you are considerate of our decision and not press for one.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, take a Mommy and Daddy night, as this is a 21+ only event. If you are in need of a babysitter please let us know as we can ask friends for recommendations!

I have dietary restrictions, will there be food I am able to eat?

Answer

Please let us know of any restrictions such as allergies, Celiac, or other food related issues. We are ensuring to have a Vegan Gluten Free Meal for our Vegan/Vegetarian Friends!

Will there be Alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar for our guests throughout the night. With this our venue will not allow any outside beverages.

If we are flying, what's the best airport?

Answer

There are two Airports nearby. The bigger airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor, however there is also Mesa Gateway which is a smaller airport closer to the venue.

Do you have a Hotel Block?

Answer

We are not providing any lodging for guests. We have recommended two hotels nearby listed in the Travel tab. There are also several Airbnb's in the area!

Question

Is it an Unplugged Ceremony?

Answer

Yes! During our ceremony we will ask all phones to be down and silenced. We promise our professional photographer will take better pictures than anything on your phone.
