9/5 Phase 1: Welcome/Check-In for Overnight guests

Join us at the Davidson Ranch, Unpack As Needed and relax.
This is the time for everyone staying on-site to get their bunk area organized or to pitch their tent in the area around the Ranch. If you are not staying the night you can go directly to the Ceremony Meadow in the Smith Creek Village. Driving and Parking: The reception is a 5 minute, 3 mile drive from the ceremony. There are limited parking spaces at the reception venue. If you are able to carpool from the ceremony to reception we would be grateful to limit overflow at the reception parking lot.

Summer Formal. Don't be afraid to be EXTRA! Think: fun, summer, whimsical, vibrant, bright colors. The ceremony will be in a grass meadow, so please be mindful of heels and shoe wear. Also note, temperatures in Oregon during early September are warm during the afternoon, but can get cold in the evening. We recommend bringing a sweater or warm coat once the sun goes down.
Here Is Our Timeline 2:30- Check in for guests spending the night onsite at the Davidson Ranch. If you are not staying the night, you can go directly to the Ceremony Meadow site 3 miles away at Smith Creek Village. 4 pm- Ceremony at the Ceremony Meadow at Smith Creek Village 5:15pm- 6:00pm: Cocktail and Transition hour (beer and wine at Davidson Ranch) 6:00pm: Reception: Welcome Eleanor and Ian! 6:15pm: Dinner buffet kicks off 7:00pm: Speeches 7:30pm: Father/Daughter dance, first dance 7:45-10:00pm Dance Party 10:00pm: Music Ends. 10 pm onwards- After party! We cannot have any amplified music outside, but we can hang out by the outdoor fire pit and still have a grand ole' time!
9/5 Phase 2: Ceremony

We will be holding our ceremony at the Ceremony Meadow, which is in Smith Creek Village 3 miles away from the Davidson Ranch. Once the ceremony is over we will be heading to the Davidson Ranch for the Reception. There is around 40 parking spots near the Smith Creek Village, so carpooling to the Davidson Ranch is preferable when possible. We will likely be creating a shuttle car to streamline this process.

We would love to welcome everyone staying the night to join us for an optional closing pancake breakfast to close out the weekend. Let me hear you say PANCAKE! Note: Check-out from the Davidson Lodge is 10AM, so plan to be packed up and ready to leave by 10 if you are camping or staying at the lodge.
