Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for everyone to dress their best! The attire is black tie optional, so turn a summer formal look. That being said we don't require tuxes or long gowns as it will be warm. Please reach out with any questions!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have put a lot of time into our guest list for the evening to celebrate with. When you RSVP there will be a specific number of guests in your party. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel discounts?

Answer

Head to the travel page to book under our room block at The Drake hotel at a discounted wedding rate. Only a limited amount of rooms so get them while their hot!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There is a segment in the RSVP to specify food allergies but feel free to reach out to Ian and Elaine for more details or further inquiries.

Venues: Indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors but will be covered in case of rain. Hoping for a beautiful summer evening!

Where can I park?

Answer

The ceremony is in Old Town and while the church does not provide parking, there should be street parking or garages nearby. Cafe Brauer will have access to valet parking for wedding guests.

Will there be time between ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

There will be roughly 2.5-3 hours between ceremony and reception so that the wedding party can take photos around the city. Check out our "Things to Do" page for some suggestions of places to go during this time.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony there are no phones out or photographs taken, but feel free to snap some pictures during the reception!
