A great spot with an amazing bakery for brunch or dinner. Ian took Dana here on their "first date," the night he proposed.

Worth a trek downtown for this one-of-a-kind bookstore. Two stories and sprawling rooms filled with new and used books.

The Last Bookstore

One of the best art museums in the city. (Watch out for instagram influencers taking their pictures in the famous streetlights outside.) The Folk Art Museum across the street is also a must-see!

Los Angeles County Museum of Art

We love The Huntington, one of the best outdoor spaces in the Los Angeles area. Spend an entire afternoon walking through the gardens and museum rooms. Pro-tip: make a reservation for high tea in the rose gardens!

A famous LA bakery right in Ian and Dana's neighborhood of Atwater Village. Worth the line!

OPEN ON SUNDAY MORNINGS. Ian and Dana love walking to the farmer's market every week to get flowers and fresh produce. (There's also an excellent pupusa tent that always comes if you get a little peckish.)

Go to Griffith Park for some of the best hikes in Los Angeles (and some of the best views). Hike to the Hollywood Sign or the Observatory if you're up for a challenge.
