Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Ciosa DiStasio and Ian O'Reilly
We're so excited to share a few of our favorite activities in Lake Geneva with you.

1. Play a Round of Golf

Spring is when golf courses open for the season, and Lake Geneva has plenty of well-groomed courses to choose from, including Abbey Springs Golf Course, Evergreen Country Club, and Grand Geneva Resort & Spa.

2. Go on a Shopping Spree

Are you on the hunt for a keepsake to take home? Do you need a wardrobe upgrade? Whatever the reason for a shopping run, Lake Geneva has a store for all your needs. From unique gifts to stylish decor and accents, shopping here couldn’t be easier, and there’s no way you’ll go home empty-handed. Hit up Main Street and you won't be disappointed!

3. Enjoy A Nature Walk

Warmer temperatures and lots of sunshine help make spring the perfect time to be outdoors and enjoy nature. Explore the many trails offered at the Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy, making your way through wetlands and prairies and up to the observation tower for incredible landscape views. Your time outside isn’t complete without checking out the popular Geneva Lake Shore Path, the 26-mile path along the lake that offers gorgeous views.

4. Go Bowling!

192 E Main St, Lake Geneva, WI 53147

Start the wedding festivities with a fun night of bowling! Whether you're aiming for a strike or just there to tally the score, it's all about spending time together and having a laugh.

5. Throw an Axe

Welcome to AREA 262, Lake Geneva's entertainment playground where adults get to be kids again. It's overflowing with fun, fueled by good vibes, and powered by just the right amount of friendly competition. Grab your friends and come play mini golf, throw axes and enjoy a variety of games.

6. See The Stars at Yerkes Observatory

Yerkes Observatory is special for housing the world's largest refracting telescope, a technological marvel from 1897 with huge lenses, and for being the birthplace of modern astrophysics. Go for a tour or simply walk the grounds - it's a special place!

7. Grab A Bite

Lake Geneva has some great eats! Some of our favorites are: Simple (for breakfast & lunch), Green Grocer (for lunch), The Coffee Mill, Chuck's, and Maggie Moo's (for a sweet treat).
