FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by June 1, 2026.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving around 3:30 p.m. as we are planning for the ceremony to start at 4:00 p.m.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We would love to have your little ones join the celebrations. We will also have a special kids' platter of chicken fingers and fries at the dinner if they fancy that.

Question

I have a food allergy and/or dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

You will be able to provide allergy and dietary restrictions with your RSVP on this site. We will do our best to accommodate with the chef, but we will contact you if there are any issues.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is some parking available at the St. John's Club, and more across the street behind the Hula coworking space. We recommend taking an uber and carpooling when possible.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If all goes to plan, the ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn at the St. John's Club, but we will move inside the club if it's raining. The reception at Burlington Beer Company is indoors and has A/C if we hit a heat wave.

Question

What is the refreshments situation?

Answer

It wouldn't be responsible for us to invite this many people to Vermont without giving you ample opportunities to try some delicious craft beers. In that spirit, Burlington Beer Company is blessing us with an open bar (with 10 draft beers on tap), as well as wines and plenty of non-alcoholic options. They will also be serving plenty of buffet style food all evening. At the ceremony location, there will also be an open bar- grab a drink and enjoy the lake views!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Please do! Just try to make sure your phone is on silent mode for the ceremony, but we don't mind photos at all- please send them to us after!
