It will be best to rent a vehicle during your stay in Washington. However, if you are going out at night to lounges / bars you should Lyft or Uber so you wouldn't need to look for parking or drunk drive. In downtown Seattle there is street parking, but it's highly recommended to use a parking garage, since it will be easier to park. Important message to everyone: As a warning you must follow the speed limit. DO NOT GO OVER YOU WILL RECEIVE A TICKET! This is the state that you can not drive like you are on the 101 fwy beating traffic. So please abide by the law. Thank you.
