Shuttle Pick Up
2:45 pm - 3:45 pm

Parking will not be available at either the ceremony site or the reception. Please leave all cars at The Sullivan Hotel’s parking lot and hop on one of our shuttles. The same shuttles will be used to transport you throughout the evening and eventually back to The Sullivan. Please make sure to plan for a potentially chilly evening when leaving your car or hotel room for the festivities.
Ceremony

Cocktail Attire
There will be no parking at site. Please park at The Sullivan and hop on one of the shuttle buses. There will be limited restroom availability during the short ceremony so please plan accordingly.
Dinner and Dancing under the Tent
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Cocktail Attire
Cocktail Hour and Dinner will be held at the field. Restrooms will be availble throughout the evening. There will be no parking available at the field. Shuttle buses will transport all guests to the field and back to The Sullivan hotel at the end of the night. Please make sure to plan for a potentially chilly evening when leaving your car or hotel room for the festivities.
