WHERE IS THE WEDDING?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Ravenwood Golf Club - 929 Lynaugh Rd Victor, NY 14564. The location of the ceremony is a completely covered banquet room attached to an open air pavilion. Guests do not need to walk in grass (even for the ceremony), and if it is cold, because the ceremony is in the pavilion, a cover up is recommended just in case!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive at 3:30pm to allow time for parking and finding your seat, the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm sharp.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no denim or jeans and avoid shades of white. The bridesmaids will be wearing shades of sage green, eucalyptus, and agave.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself as this is an adult only event.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Answer

Due to a limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Answer

Our venue has their own free on-site parking. Cars can be left overnight and picked up the next day. We encourage guests to Uber/Lyft for transportation to and from the venue.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many photos as you'd like and don't forget to share with us!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely.
