Maid of Honor
Meredith is my little sister! Growing up we shared a room together and while our teen years were no fun (especially for our parents) she is the person who I have always gone to when I am in need of a good talk. She is the constant that keeps me calm. Our favorite thing to do together is watch movies and snuggle up in bed after and talk. Some of my favorite times with my sister were doing the most simple of things. We still regularly have the occasional sleepover for old times sake. She is my rock and my keeper and I wouldn't want anyone else to stand beside me as I say I do.
Bridesmaid
Leslie has been my best friend for 15 years! There wasn't a day my junior or senior year of high school that we weren't together. The two of us have always been so close that when people see us interact with each other for the first time they think we sound identical to one another. We have the same voice and mannerisms and I think that comes from years of sharing so much time together. Her daughter, Mary Hunter, is my God Daughter and I always felt so honored to be chosen for that position. She is my dearest friend and to not have her by my side that day would make it incomplete.
Bridesmaid
Jill is my best friend, Leslie's, sister. Growing up wherever Leslie and I went, Jill went too. I am so thankful for that now! She has become one of my closest friends who I know I can be silly with and enjoy quality time. We always get to laughing whenever we are together and she is so down to Earth no matter what. I was in Jill's wedding as a bridesmaid this past September and having her in my wedding as well is a dream come true.
Bridesmaid
Elizabeth is one of my dear friends from college. She joined our Honors Fraternity the year after me and I knew I liked her from the start. She is funny, sweet and I can always be my dorky self with her. We have enjoyed many trips together over the years and I hope we will continue those until we're old and gray. She and our other friend Sarah have stayed so close since we left Radford. It's not always easy staying in contact with those you were once so close to, but with us it has always been easy to pick up where we left off.
Bridesmaid
I met Sarah when we were both rushing to join our Honors Fraternity. She was studying to be a teacher as well and we got along instantly. She is the most funny person I know! Sarah can turn any situation into an enjoyable one and I have loved her for that over the past, many years. She, Elizabeth and myself have made it a point to try and see each other as often as we possibly can and although we don't live a walk away from each other anymore like we did in college I know when we spend our time together it will always feel as if nothing has changed.
Bridesmaid
Jenn and I met each other when I started working in Fredericksburg as a first grade teacher. She eventually moved to first grade as well and that is when our friendship immediately hit it off. Jenn is so thoughtful and I know that if I ever needed her she would be there for me in an instant. She always wants to know what is going on in my life and is a great listener. Having her as a friend when I was living far away from my own family helped so much because I knew I had someone there to count on. She is someone I will call a friend forever.
Best Man
What can I say? This guy has been there through thick and thin. The Ride or Die since 2007. From Fredericksburg to Richmond/Harrisonburg to Charlottesville/Newport News and now a couple of states away. This guy is world class and will always be there for you. There is no one else I would rather stand right behind me on our wedding day!
Groomsman
Another one of the best guys you will ever meet. From stoop chills to Foxfield to HTTR, we are quite alike. Conor is thoughtful and a true family man, something I strive to be in the not too distant future. When push comes to shove, we will be behind each other!
Groomsman
As you can see from the picture, Quin and I have good times and a bunch in common. Golf, Fantasy Football, and DIPAs just to name a few! We have become closer since graduation and are one of the few league members still going strong in VA. One of the most important characteristics that a friend can have is integrity and Quin certainly embodies this.
Groomsman
Boats! Austin and I met while playing club tennis at JMU and have been close friends ever since. We consistently have a good time together and just a quality guy that you can count on. Austin is also one of the only guys I can always talk any level of tennis about and he gets it. As a doubles team, we can take on anyone. Excited for you to be a part of this day!
Groomsman
I lived with Lee for 2.5 years after JMU and outside of family, that is the longest I have lived with someone. Lee is another guy you can always rely on and someone I am proud to consider one of my good friends. I look forward to many more fantasy football matchups, JMU football games, and just down right good times.
