Flight
New York has a lot of airports but JFK is the closest to New York City and Long Island.
Flight
Newark is also a convenient airport located in New Jersey. There is a shuttle and train that will take you directly into New York City.
Train
For our friends and family staying in New York City before the wedding the Long Island railroad is your best option to get to our venue. The Long Island Railroad entrance is located on 7th Avenue between 31st and 33rd streets. From the Oyster Bay station, it is a ten minute taxi ride to Soundview Caterers.
Hotel
This is where Iain and I will be staying, and where the after party will be. It is about ten minutes from the venue. Unfortunately, they do not have discounted block rooms, but good deals can be found on Kayak and Orbitz.

This is another hotel ten minutes from the wedding venue. It has some very reasonable rates on Kayak and Orbitz.
House Or Rental
There are some Airbnb’s in the area however it would be wise to book early.
