Best Man
I met Ike during our freshman year of college, waaaaay back over 20 years ago when Nas first released Illmatic and gangsta rap was at its peak. Despite an early incident where Ike borrowed my collection of cds and then claimed it as his own when he deejayed at a dorm room party to impress the ladies, we became fast friends, and I’m proud to still call Ike my best friend after all these years.
Maid of Honor
I met Marlene when she was born. I pretend to fuss just because she thinks my facial expression is funny. Every time she walks away, I smile just because I made her laugh. Yeah life was not always this green, like when we fought over clothings or when she was late and told me I looked good only to correct me when I've left the house looking like a baboon's sister🙊🙈. 💖Congolese Ugandan 👑💖
Best Man
I met big bro Ike the day I was born. I’ve known him all my life and he’s always strived for the best. Ike is a critical thinker and the definition of integrity. I’m proud of his ambition and his courage. God has answered our prayers! My brother has found a kind soul, the serves as his reflection.

I met Ike several years back in Houston. We reconnected in Austin a few years ago. Since then I have come to highly respect and appreciate his counsel, his outlook, and his friendship. Of the many qualities that make the man, known around the world as Padrino Negro 😉, there are three significant qualities that must be mentioned. Confidence, Generosity and Fearlessnes.

I met my brother Ike on a late August 15th 1988. I glanced over and saw a curious boy, and for a moment, it's like the world stood still as I gazed upon my big brother for the first time. Little did I know that curious boy would guide me on my path to becoming a man. I'm so proud of you and happy to know you've finally found your other half. Much love and best wishes to you both!

I met my cousin Iky when he visited Nigeria 2006. Years later we reunited in U.S.A. It was fun that we had the same hobbies in common like hiking, dancing, etc. Marlene became my friend last year when Iky introduced her to me. She's the type of a woman a mother will like her son to bring home. Very responsible and down to earth. God bless this union

When Ike first called to tell me about ML, there was this peace I had about the two of them being together. Fun fact about me: Food is an instant mood changer for me. I can make up a dance step on the spot just at the site of food. When the food is soo tasty, I can't help but to dance. I do try my best not to dance in public. Well I said "try" because I can't guarantee that.

I've known the bride all my life (we're sisters of course 😃)! Marlene is my best friend. She's the only person whom I'd be apart from for just a couple hrs, and when we meet up we'd talk as though we hadn't seen each other in ages. We could be in the middle of an argument and out of nowhere start laughing and making each other laugh. How is that possible? Don't know (twin-thing)😋
