Hyunsoo and Yewon met at the ORU Korean club; Hyunsoo had returned from mandatory military service, and Yewon was a junior. As they got acquainted, they discovered that their special study spots in the library were quite close. They began hanging out together, initially with others, but eventually just the two of them. They often went on walks, teased each other, cooked together, and even went running (Yewon would not have run if not for Hyunsoo), sharing laughter through it all. One day, Hyunsoo told Yewon that he had a special gift for her. He asked Yewon to come to the ORU library study room, where he read a very special children's book to her. He read the book in a way that was tailored to Yewon's specific life story and then gifted the book to her with a special letter on the front page. That momentous occasion was when Yewon fell in love with Hyunsoo. Slowly, their relationship evolved from acquaintances to friends, then good friends, best friends, and finally to boyfriend and girlfriend when Hyunsoo confessed his feelings on the 19th of April, Yewon's birthday, with a sweet treasure hunt surprise. Yewon, of course, said "YES!" Since then, Yewon and Hyunsoo have created many sweet memories together, and they are looking forward to making many more.
