We have a wedding block at the resort. In order to book within our wedding block you need to book by January 10th with our Travel Agent, Emily Bookey. Her contact information is on the 'Travel' page.
Final payment for your trip is due to our Travel Agent, Emily Bookey, by January 19th. She will reach out to everyone who has a balance to ensure timely payment.
Technically you can. However, we have contracted with Emily and have paid the booking fee for all guests to utilize her services. She will coordinate your flight, resort stay, transportation from the airport and hotel and more. Why not use her services?! And, she is great. Seriously though, if you do book without Emily please let the Bride and Groom know so that we can make sure you are included in our final head count that the resort has.
Yourselves! Your swimsuits would probably be helpful as well! If you have never been to an 'all inclusive' resort we highly recommend bringing cash for tips with you. $1 & $2 bills are highly appreciated by the resort staff who will be serving you endless beverages and food your entire stay.
Though there is no strict dress code for the ceremony we do ask that you don't come in your birthday suit or swim suit. We want our guests to be comfortable but there will also be photographers for the evening so please dress how you wish to be remembered by forever.
Yes! You are welcome to bring your additional family on your vacation with you! That being said, only those who were named on the invite are invited to attend the wedding and reception.
No. You will be charged a fee if you take your wristband off and need a new one.
