Will transportation be provided?
Answer
There will not be transportation provided and here is why: If you choose to stay at our hotel room block, you will be within walking distance or a 2 minute drive to the church, and the reception will be held at the hotel! There are many restaurants and bars directly across the street from our hotel! We hope you find this weekend to serve as a fun and relaxing getaway!

Do you have a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We hope our guests have just as much fun dressing up as we will! Our dress code is Formal-Cocktail attire! For men, this means a well-tailored suit paired with a crisp dress shirt and a tie or bow tie (optional) and dress shoes. For women, this dress code allows for floor length or midi dresses, knee-length cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits.

Yes! There will be an open bar available at the cocktail hour and reception. Please enjoy!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or my children?
Answer
The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated at this time. Thank you for understanding! We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day with the exception of those in the wedding party.

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction or allergy?

Please contact the bride or groom directly. We are able to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.

Will there be parking available at the church and reception?
Answer
Yes! The church and hotel both have parking available. Guests who are not staying at Hotel 1620 are welcome to leave their car in the park lot at no charge.

Will the reception be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The reception will be located indoors.
