When and where is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at The Havens Country Club, 29354 Vista Valley Dr, Vista, CA 92084. Please arrive by 4:15 PM PST to be on time for the ceremony. The reception will conclude at 10:45 PM PST.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly request cocktail attire for our celebration. For guests wearing heels, we recommend you plan for grass and uneven stone during the outdoor portions of the evening. Please refrain from wearing white.

How can I get to the wedding venue?
Answer
A complimentary shuttle service will be provided to guests staying in Carlsbad Village. The shuttle service will depart from the hotel block. If you plan to drive yourself, free parking is available on-site at the Havens.

What should I expect when arriving at the wedding venue?
Answer
Upon arriving at the Havens, guests will be greeted then transported to the ceremony location by golf cart for a comfortable ride.

Will the wedding be outside or inside?
Answer
The ceremony and subsequent cocktail hour will be held outdoors. After the conclusion of the cocktail hour, we will head indoors for the reception to continue the celebration.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Guests are prompted to note any dietary restrictions when submitting their RSVP. If you are submitting RSVPs for multiple people, please note any dietary restrictions for a given guest.

Are children invited?

While we would love to celebrate our special day with your kids, we've decided to host an adults-only wedding to ensure our celebration is a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all of our guests.

Will there be a welcome party?
Answer
For those not local that will be traveling from out of town, there will be a welcome party hosted the night before the wedding. Please refer to your RSVP for further details.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
All RSVPs include the names of invited guests. Please note no other guests are invited if not included on the RSVP.

Question
Will there be transportation to and from the wedding venue?
Answer
A free shuttle will be provided for transportation from Carlsbad Village to the Havens Country Club at 3:35 PM. All guest are welcome to use the shuttle regardless of where you are staying for the weekend. At the end of the night, the shuttle will do trips at 9, 10, and 11 PM from the wedding venue back to Carlsbad Village.
